What We Log (And Don't Log)
✓ What we log (for debugging):
- • Event timestamps (when extraction started/completed)
- • File counts and sizes (not filenames)
- • AI model used and processing time
- • Anonymized error messages (no PII)
✗ What we DON'T log:
- • Document content or extracted data
- • Client names, addresses, amounts
- • Filenames (e.g., "Acme_Contract.pdf")
- • Email addresses or PII
